Muay Thai

An effective striking martial art that includes punches, kicks, elbows and knees.  Revolution Fitness Center is part of the Muay Thai International Association.

Why Muay Thai?

Muay Thai originated in Thailand. This art is different from other striking martial arts in that there are no forms. Also known as the “art of the 8 limbs”, this striking art incorporates hands, elbows, knees, shins, feet and the head. Muay Thai focuses on speed and power, and will increase your stamina, endurance and cardio strength.

This art form is very practical and can be used for self defense or competition. With strict training regimens and ferocious strikes, proficient kick boxers are a force to be reckoned with. Revolution Fitness is part of the Muay Thai International Association. Fighters are promoted based on a sash system.
