WHY Self defense?

The world is unpredictable, and we deeply believe in being ready for the unexpected. Our 4 level self defense training WILL save your life. When you’re stuck in a situation that requires you to fight, you can rely on the techniques taught at Revolution Fitness Center. Every Saturday from 9am-10am we host a women’s self defense class.
